Prometric is a US-based company that delivers computerized testing competencies globally. Hence, they provide the testing facilities once you have been cleared to PROCEED TO EXAM by the SCFHS i.e you have generated your ELIGIBILITY CODE

Being a global test administration entity, payment is always denominated in United States Dollars (USD). Following the payment of 289 USD, Payment Confirmation and Booking details are generated and sent to the email ID used for the booking. As your exam
date approaches, Prometric sends you a reminder via the telephone number used for registration.
In the event that a candidate desires to cancel or reschedules his or her exam, he or she will be made to pay a sum of $50 if its between 16 to 30 days before the exams. If it’s beyond 30 days before the exams, rescheduling is completely free. However, any rescheduling lesser than 16days to the exam will result in outright forfeiture of the booking fee (NO REFUND). Such candidates will be required to contact SCFHS to reinitiate the earlier procedures.
A candidate has a max of 3 attempts to pass the licensing exam by the SCFHS, particularly for foreign expats
