In the latest update by the Dataflow Group, they announced that they are adding more features to the Dataflow application portal, especially the new fee charging structure. So in this article, we will briefly look at this update and what it means for you.
The Dataflow Group announced this via an automated broadcast sent across to their applicants/clients on the 27th of July, 2022.
What you need to know about this Update
- That a new fee structure will be incorporated during the checkout point of application submission. For instance, institutions will now receive certain amounts accruable to them e.g Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria will take 60USD which is 225 SAR
- The new Issuing Authority fee will be added to the Total amount at the checkout regardless of the application packages (REGULAR, EXPRESS, EXPRESS ASSIST) chosen.
- All incomplete applications that have been submitted but there are identified insufficiencies in documents will be canceled if not fulfilled within 7 days.
- All unpaid cases already filed on the Dataflow server but yet to be submitted will be canceled at the expiration of the 7 days
- All ongoing completed/paid cases will not be affected by these changes in any way
- All canceled cases will be restarted afresh and the new fee structure/charges will apply
What You Must Do Right Now!
- If you currently have an Application with the Dataflow Group, especially for the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS), check to know the STATUS of your application.
- If your status is showing INSUFFICIENCY, quickly supply whatever is being requested
- If you have no case insufficiency, then you have nothing to worry about
- If however, you are not sure of your status, you can raise a ticket to make further inquiries.
